By using Myjoju Limited’s (“Myjoju”) website, www.myjoju.com (the "Website") and Myjoju Mobile App (the "Mobile App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website and Mobile App and have no right to obtain the information it contains. These Terms may be amended from time to time.

The purpose of the Website and Mobile App is to provide online general disease knowledge and diet support and related services, for primarily people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The content of the Website and Mobile App is for general information purposes only and is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may only use the Website and Mobile App in accordance with these Terms, and may not use the Website and Mobile App to engage in any unlawful activity or fraudulent purpose or to infringe on the rights of Myjoju.

All content available on the Website and in the Mobile App, including but not limited to nutritional data and facts, historic charts and projections, medical test targets and related information, is believed to be accurate and in accordance with publicly available guidelines and standards published by organizations like the National Kidney Foundation’s (“NKF”) Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (“KDOQI”), The American Heart Association (“AHA”) and/or similar generally published global guidelines. However, the Website and Mobile App do not consist of nor provide any medical advice or recommendations and is not in any way claiming to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Results, such as those based on nutrition counts or diet plans, may vary for each individual. Always seek the advice of a licensed medical practitioner before undertaking any kidney/renal diet plan, and follow your doctor’s and/or registered renal dietitian’s recommendations and prescriptions. Reliance on any information provided by or found on the Website and Mobile App is purely at your own risk. Information posted on the Website and the Mobile App may not be accurate or current and Myjoju makes no warranty or representations under these Terms to the accuracy of the provided content. CKD diet guidelines by KDOQI and similar standards may be adjusted over time, and Myjoju does not guarantee to upgrade its Website and Mobile App content accordingly.

Any Myjoju trademarks, service marks or trade names that appear, or are referenced, on the Website and in the Mobile App are the property of Myjoju and no license or other right to use such marks or names will be deemed granted without the express written permission of Myjoju.

You understand, accept and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all information, data, text or other materials or content that you provide to Myjoju via the Website and Mobile App. Myjoju is not responsible or liable for this information. When you post or transmit information through the Website and Mobile App, you grant Myjoju an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, world-wide license to use such information for any purpose.
All user supplied content or communications transmitted via the Website and in the Mobile App are non-confidential. You should not discuss, provide, solicit or request personally identifiable information or protected health information on the Website and in the Mobile App. If you disclose, discuss or provide any such information on the Website and in the Mobile App, including on any forums, chat rooms or message boards, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for the consequences of disclosing, discussing or providing such information.

Myjoju reserves the right to restrict access to the Website and Mobile App to those who may safely use it. Individuals with serious medical conditions may not use the Myjoju Website and Mobile App without the prior approval of your physician or other licensed healthcare providers. Children, under the age of 18, may not submit personal information to this Website without the consent of your Parent or Legal Guardian. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this Site without the direct supervision of his/her Parent, Legal Guardian, and/or other legally authorized person.

By signing up for the Myjoju subscription, you agree that your subscription will be automatically renewed. The period of auto-renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time of subscription purchase. If you want to cancel your subscription, follow instructions provided in the Account page. Myjoju will not prorate fees for a cancelled subscription. From time to time, Myjoju may offer a free trial subscription for a service. If you register for a free trial subscription, we will begin to bill your account when the free trial subscription expires, unless you cancel your subscription before that time.
You may cancel your subscription and user account at any time. The cancellation procedure is available in the Account page.
Myjoju’s service is billed in advance and paid fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for partial non-used subscription periods of service or for unused months of membership.

All users are individually responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in information, including password. Any suspicion of unauthorized usage should be promptly reported to Myjoju at info@myjoju.com.

Such Content contained on the Website and in the Mobile App is not guaranteed by Myjoju to be accurate, complete, current or reliable and is subject to errors, omissions or withdrawal without notice.

Myjoju reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website and Mobile App at any time if in Myjoju’s opinion you are in breach of the Terms in this Agreement.

Myjoju reserves the right to modify these Terms and to change, suspend or discontinue all or any portion of the Website and Mobile App or their Content at any time, at its own discretion.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Myjoju.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, regardless of where the user is based. You agree to bring any claims arising under these Terms exclusively in courts within the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
